Hey everyone! For today’s What I eat in a day video I am sharing some cool easy recipes, so here are the ingredients! 🙂

FOR BREAKFAST:

  • 1/2 a medium onion
  • A handful of mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 block of extra firm tofu
  • A handful of Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp of soy milk or any plant milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp sriracha or tabasco

FOR LUNCH:

  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 tsp veggie stock (powder)
  • 1 can of drained and rinsed lentils
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
  • 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
  • Sriracha and Nutritional yeast to serve
