Good Morning, It´s been a few days since I posted for the last time and the truth is that I missed being here. I don´t know about you but for me, sitting here and writting is a great way to relax. So today I´m going to share a really delicious and sweet recipe!

If you follow me on my social media you already know that a few days ago I made this amazing crepes. That day I had a green apple on the side and it was delicious! They are very healhy and easy to make.


  • 1 egg and 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp almond meal
  • sweetner of choice
  • Fruits for the topping

IT´S VERY SIMPLE TO MAKE, just mix well your eggs with the almond meal, then add sweetner to taste and also cinnamon to give it a nice twist. After that add a little bit of oil to a pan and cook your crepes in a medium heat. And that´s it! to serve roll them and fill them with fruit. Top them with more fruit and add honey (or any other sweetner) and some more cinnamon on top.

And that´s pretty much it! this is a really healthy and delicious breakfast.
