For this delicious Green Juice you will need:
- 1 Cup of water
- 1 Cup of mango (1 medium mango aprox.)
- 1/2 Cup of pineapple
- 1/2 Cup of ice cubes
And the most important ingredient….SPINACH!
Yes…you read well, you´ll need 1 Cup of spinach to make this Juice a Green Juice.
Remember it´s important to use fresh ingredients so that they keep all their benefits.
BENEFITS OF THIS DIGESTIVE GREEN JUICE:
- Spinach are rich in protein, they are low in calories and they´re mostly made of water. They also provide many Vitamins (A, C, E, K) and minerals and they are also antioxidants.
- Pineapple is a natural digestive. It is rich in vitamin C and provides lots of fiber. It also low in calories.
- Mango provides vitamin C and A, it has an anticarcinogenic function because it contains flavonoids. It also helps in the digestion process.

HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Add your spinach, washed and rinsed, into your blender with the water and blend.
- Then add the pineapple, mango and ice and blend again till the juice has the right texture. (to your taste)
